LIMITED TIME ONLY! Jasmine V App .99 mhlo.co Using Loops for Tempo When you're recording tracks for your GarageBand music composition, it can be helpful to set a loop rather than using the metronome feature to keep a consistent beat. You can set a beat for your song by adding a cycled loop track and recording to it. This is not necessary, but it can add a different feel to your recording. Set the Tempo Set the project's tempo at the bottom of the window. Find a Loop Access the loop library by clicking the "eye" button in the bottom right corner. Select the loop you want to use by clicking on it. Add the LoopClick and drag the loop onto a track in your project. Place it at the beginning of your music timeline. Drag the Loop Hover your mouse over the top right corner of the loop audio region. When the mouse turns into a small loop icon, click and drag it down the timeline. This will loop the audio until you stop dragging the icon. You now have a loop for recording your new track. Read more by visiting our page at: www.mahalo.com
